On April 13, Bezhitsky District Court of Bryansk fined 10 thousand rubles of a participant in the anti -corruption share under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 (violation of the procedure for holding a public event). This was known only on August 28 - a note was published on Tjournal.
Separately, the court ruling indicates the fact that the rally participant carries in the hands of the cleaning product "Toilet duckling":
... he participated in the conduct of a public event in the form of a procession in the form of a procession aimed at combating corruption, while in the course of the procession, there are about 50 people in the form of a group of citizens, carried in his hands a cleaning remedy “toilet duckling”, demonstrating it to others.
According to the lawyer Konstantin Terekhov, who defended the activist in court, his client tried to appeal the fine, but on May 31 the Bryansk Regional Court approved the decision of the trial court.
The action against corruption in Bryansk on March 26 gathered about 150 people.
