A new protocol on disobedience to the bailiffs drew up the sister of the arrested picket

On August 30, the bailiffs on the territory of one of the judicial sections of the Kirovsky district of Yekaterinburg amounted to Alena Smyslyaeva, sister Boris Redchenko, arrested for seven days per single picket, a new protocol on disobedience to bailiffs. The OVD-Info told about this by Smyshlyaeva.

Smyslyaeva came to court, believing that on this day her administrative case would be considered, instituted after she was detained in the Kirovsky district court on August 24 during a meeting in the Redchenko case. At that time, the bailiffs accused her of trying to enter despite the ban, resisted and defeated the glass.

Smyslyaeva told the OVD-Info that on August 24, the protocol, which made the bailiffs on it, was supplemented in the police department. The next day, the court returned the protocol for revision back to the police, and on the same day, according to her, the bailiffs in the presence of her lawyer amounted to another protocol. Smyslyaeva was handed a summons, which said that on August 30 at 10:00 it should appear at Kuznechnaya 72 to the justice of the peace at the meeting in the case. At the same time, there was no signature of the court secretary on the agenda, and there was no meeting in the schedule of meetings on August 30.

In the building of Smyslyaev, she saw the same bailiffs who detained her on August 24. “One of them pulled out and thrown me out of the Kirov court,” she said. - This bailiff withdrew me to another room. He said that it was necessary to make changes to the protocol, to which I replied that I needed to consult with my lawyer. ” On that day, the lawyer Skrysslyaeva could not come to the court with her, and she consulted with him on the phone.

After that, the bailiff finished the protocol and called the Smyshlyaev, so that, as she understood, to give her a copy. She asked him to wait, because she had not yet managed to consult. Then the bailiff asked if she refused to take a copy of the protocol. Smyslyaeva tried to assure him that she did not refuse and was ready to take a copy. But at this time, the second bailiff first came up, and they began to speak together, preventing Ssevlyaeva from inserting the word. Then, according to Smeryeva, “suddenly some men appeared-as I understand it, these witnesses suddenly formed from somewhere-and they were just sitting on a bench, squatting quickly something in the protocol, turning away from me.” Smyslyaeva several times approached the bailiff and told him that she was ready to take a copy (by that time she had already finished talking to a lawyer), but he continued to write, and then ordered to put signatures under the words that she refuses to take a copy.

Before that, Smyshlyaeva found out the name of the bailiff, but, addressing him, she was mistaken and called him “Rafail” several times, although his name was Ilham.

As a result, the next version of the protocol was submitted to the court, and now Smyslyaeva is waiting for a message about the meeting.

Brother Smyslyaeva Boris Redchenko was detained on August 23 during a single picket against the construction of a temple on the water. The next day, the court arrested him for seven days, since the police during the detention found Redchenko a screwdriver and a multifunction set of tools in a case.
