Google presented the European Commission (EC) a plan for how the company brings the search engine in line with European antimonopoly legislation. It is reported by Reuters with reference to the representative of the commission.
In June, the European regulator wrote out a fine of € 2.42 billion.
According to EC, Google abuses the dominant position in the search systems market: the search engine forms the issuance of goods and services in such a way that the company's commercial partners are on the first lines.
The EC said that Google should stop this practice before September 28. The press secretary of the commission did not reveal the details of the plan that the company introduced, reports Politico.
The case against Google was investigated for seven years, new claims to the company were announced in 2015.
