In the Tver region, the court allowed to hold already permitted pickets

On August 29, the Konakovo District Court of the Tver Region dismissed the case against the head of Navalny's headquarters in Tver, Andrei Prokudin, and volunteer Marfa Aksenova. This is reported by the publication "7 × 7" with reference to the defender Artyom Vazhenkov. Navalny's supporters managed to prove in court that pickets with a cube in Hyde Park can be held without notifying the authorities.

Prokudin and Aksyonova were detained in Konakovo on August 19 during an action with a propaganda cube. They were accused of organizing and holding a public event without notifying the authorities (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
