The third person involved in the murder of Lieutenant Colonel FSIN was arrested in St. Petersburg

On the eve of Zakharov, whose occupation is not specified, was detained in Moscow. He was questioned as a suspect under part 5 of Article 33 - Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code (aiding in the murder). According to investigators, in February in St. Petersburg, Zakharov handed Sabir Sadykov, who is considered the executor of the murder, a Makarov pistol with a silencer. Zakharov did not plead guilty.

On the night of March 3, in the Vsevozsky district of the Leningrad region, unknown people shot the car of Lieutenant Colonel of the St. Petersburg department of the FSIN Nikolai Chernov. The officer received eight wounds in the neck, shoulder, chest, hand and stomach. On March 7, Chernov died in the hospital.

On the evening of March 5, on suspicion of organizing an assassination attempt, the head of Chernov, Colonel of the FSIN Sergey Moiseenko was detained. The court placed him in custody. In the FSIN, Moiseenko led the capital construction department, which, in particular, was responsible for the construction of the Kresta-2 pre-trial detention center in Kolpino. Chernov also oversaw this project. In addition, a 63-year-old local resident Sadykov was detained, who led brigades in the construction of the insulator. According to investigators, Sadykov, by order of Moiseenko, shot Chernov.

On March 9, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case of fraud when laying the road to the pre -trial detention center under construction. The road to the isolator was never built, and the "unidentified persons" abducted at least 12.2 million rubles, noted in the TFR. On March 18, the former general director of OJSC "General Construction Corporation" Viktor Kudrin was detained. He is accused of embezzlement of 56 million rubles during the construction of Crosses-2.

On August 31, it became known that Moiseenko was also charged with receiving a bribe. According to investigators, in March 2010, he proposed to Ruslan Khamkhokov, the general director of one of the contractors for the construction of the pre -trial detention center of the Petroinvesta LLC, and sign acts on allegedly completed work. As a reward, he demanded from a merchant at least 10 percent of each transfer of money to the company's accounts. From March 2010 to August 2015, Khamkhokov, through intermediaries, repeatedly transferred Moviseenko bribes totaling at least 350 million rubles. Khamkhokov was detained, he is charged with giving bribes.
