According to investigators, in March 2010, he proposed to Ruslan Khamkhokov, the general director of one of the contractors for the construction of the pre -trial detention center of the Petroinvesta LLC, and sign acts on allegedly completed work. As a reward, he demanded from a merchant at least 10 percent of each transfer of money to the company's accounts. From March 2010 to August 2015, Khamkhokov, through intermediaries, repeatedly transferred Moviseenko bribes totaling at least 350 million rubles. Khamkhokov was detained, he is charged with giving bribes.
