Local residents agree with this, we also see great interest and support from tourists," the representative of the administration said. According to her, the authorities plan to return to the detailed study of the issues related to the establishment of the monument after the complete completion of the improvement of the city embankment.

On March 2, the Oryol Regional Court rejected Malyutin's appeal to the decision of the district court and recognized the legal installation of the monument.
