The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia for the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic on the night of September 1 in Kabardino-Balkaria got a mudflow stream, due to which 7750 local residents and tourists were cut off from the transport message. Four sections of the federal highway were destroyed , three more sites were washed. Three cars were carried away with a mudflow stream, the driver and two passengers of one of the cars have not yet been found. The Interfax agency reports that there will be enough food supplies in hotels for two days.
