Murmansk authorities did not approve a rally of activists from Navalny’s headquarters against the governor

The Murmansk administration did not give the activists of the local headquarters of Alexei Navalny a rally against the governor Marina Kovtun. This was reported to OVD-Info by Violetta Grudina, coordinator of the headquarters.

In the refusal, the authorities noted that the declared territory is adjacent directly to the gymnasium. At the same time, on June 12, a rally against corruption was held in the same territory.

The rally was scheduled for September 10th. Activists claim the governor is giving tax breaks to businesses in exchange for positions for his children.
