Tytskiye called to come to the Konotop station in front of the border with Russia, where the train costs half an hour. “Do not let the invaders be erased!” He wrote.

Russian railways do not carry out passenger transportation to Ukraine, referring to their unprofitability. All passenger trains in Russian-Ukrainian directions are served by the state company Ukrzaliznytsia.

On March 5, the headquarters of the blockade of trade with the invaders formed in Ukraine ATO fighters announced the overlap of railway tracks at Konotop station, through which one of the main highways from Russia passes. It is alleged that several Russian trains were discovered at the station, including with coal anthracite. The blockade headquarters announced the intention to take control of all eight main railway stations throughout a month, through which trade with Russia is going on. However, the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Volodymyr Omelyan said that the issue of stopping the passenger message of Ukraine with Russia in the government was not considered. At the same time, the minister believes that "any message with the Russian Federation should have been stopped for a long time, as was done with air transportation in 2015." The Ukrzaliznytsia also said that they did not plan to stop passenger transportation and "do not consider such an idea."
