The ship is aground, the Captain shouts: "Forward!" How can such a gouging ship be trusted? Folklore of the Soviet era
Stirlitz loved old people and children. Partly women, judging by the famous episode of the presentation of his personal wife to the scout in the Elephant cafe from the movie of all times and peoples “Seventeen Moments of Spring”. The search for a nuclear electorate for the 2018 elections brought political stargazers from Staraya Ploshchad exactly into the Stirlitzian paradigm: pensions (from time to time) for pensioners, technology for young people, women as “competitors” to the president.
Each cook, Vladimir Ilyich Lenin prophetically asserted, can govern the state. That is, in modern terms, to run for the presidency of the Russian Federation without a chance of winning. The same Lenin, now an element of the decor of the GUM ice rink, often met with young people, especially on the pages of Soviet Leniniana: in particular, according to V.D. Bonch-Bruevich, urged children to join the "society of clean plates" ("- Are you members of the society of clean plates? - Vladimir Ilyich suddenly asked loudly, turning to the girl Nadia."). And then they ate poorly, left the soup in bowls (probably, it was already after war communism - they snickered). Putin has also been meeting with young people quite often lately, at least more often than with representatives of other age groups. Vladimir Ilyich was called "grandfather Lenin", although again, according to modern concepts, a decent state oligarch at his age only changes his old wife for a new one - more in harmony with the newly acquired yacht. So Putin is also gradually turning in the course of "Direct Lines", "Tavrida" and "Open Lessons" from the father of the nation into her grandfather. Basically, captivating young people with fantastic stories about drones, flights to Mars, artificial intelligence and the passionarity of the Russian people, which allows them to save their sovereignty for a thousand years, expand it, wet Russian boots in the Pacific Ocean, and wet everyone else in the toilet. It was said once: technology is for the youth...
Strong, if not to say - the eternal grandfather of the nation - who loves to walk his torso in the fresh air, came to the young in an image that has been tested by time: “Today is a holiday for the guys, / The pioneer rejoices! / Today / Lavrenty Palych Beria came to visit us. (Similarly, the progressive students of MGIMO met on the same day, September 1, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. Here, for example, are the words of a student who will obviously go far: “You are known to everyone not only as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, but also as a multifaceted personality , the author of poetry, your performances are instantly disassembled into quotes, because you have your own individual style, characterized by virtuosity in speech and wit.I, as a student, cannot help but wonder how, doing professionally my favorite thing, which captivates and requires maximum dedication , not to let him completely absorb himself, but to be able to preserve the diversity of the inner world and his individuality?”)

What is the basic "open lesson" of the All-Russian headman? Russia has an amazing thousand-year past, a brilliant, although not very certain future, but clearly with the predominance of artificial intelligence, and a completely absent present, because there is absolutely nothing to present. The lesson on September 1 was called "Russia Aimed at the Future". Aspiring - because you need to quickly escape from the dull present.
What is a lesson without a textbook, albeit in oral presentation? And the president showed the youth what a basic “quote from a classic” might look like in a single history textbook: “But the question arises: if we exist for more than 1000 years, we actively develop and strengthen ourselves, it means that we have something that this promotes. This something is an internal "nuclear reactor" of our people, our people, Russian people, Russian people, which allows us to move forward. This is a kind of passionarity, which Gumilyov spoke about in his time, which pushes our country forward.”
Here the question arises: are “we” developing and “strengthening” well, if our entire history is a catch-up development with serfdom, and then Bolshevism-Stalinism and the inescapable trap of the “rut effect” - the monotonous repetition of everything bad that can happen to nation, and especially the excessive interference of an inefficient, self-serving and repressive state in everything that is possible? By the mention of passionarity, one can understand that after the president was regaled with the works of Ivan Ilyin, they began to feed him with the works of Lev Gumilyov. This says a lot about which characters have a “spiritual” influence on Putin and why chimerical “sovereignty” is more important for Putin than development: Gumilyov’s poorly digested theory of ethnogenesis leads an unprepared soul, as a rule, to extreme nationalism.

Perhaps the word "passionarity" in the original Russian version comes from the word "passion". Well, that completely changes things! And indeed, on the same day when the head of state described the special passionarity of the Russian people, the news came that the presidential administration had decided to find a woman married to Russia Putin. That is, a competitor in the exciting struggle for the chair of the head of state. For the landscape, adorned by Zyuganov, Zhirinovsky and Mironov, who have become somewhat weary of depicting opposition liveliness and playfulness for decades, cannot be called sexual - voters will simply have to drag themselves to the polls by force, and this task will turn out to be comparable in complexity to Baron Munchausen pulling himself and his horse out of the swamp. Femina is considered likely to be a voter bait.
True, there are two snags. The first is that the ladies selected by the administration are not known to anyone at all. The second is that their ideology is such that they cannot oppose the president, they can only rush into the future in his convoy. Take, for example, Irina Volynets, the chairman of the so-called National Parents' Committee. In appearance, this is such a “legally blonde” with an Aryan look of cold blue eyes. Open sources attribute her participation in some kind of movement founded by a major national-patriotic graphomaniac Nikolai Starikov, which forever marks people and their views. And in what way can she compete with the president? What disagreements could she have with him? No answer. As John Lennon sang on a slightly different occasion: "Woman, I can hardly express."
Maybe look for competitors among the progressive youth? Find some young man who will be fascinated by another "Direct Line"? But what will he argue with the president about if he loves him more than Google?
At the exit, we have: an overdried turnout - at least put it in a herbarium; the competition of the father of the nation, turning into the talkative grandfather of the nation, with the girl of the nation - but this is not an election, but some kind of cartel conspiracy; the formation of a corporatist state, where all gender and social groups are divided into "phalanxes", dressed in colored T-shirts, sorted and taken under control; fighting for youth as electoral “meat” for the period 2018–2024 and beyond; lack of desire to modernize the extremely inefficient political and economic system that has been built, a sure sign of which is the search (with dogs and under the lamp) for the image of the future; reduction of the modernization agenda exclusively to the technological one - as a result, we will have the idea of returning sharashkas (so far there are only shabashki).
“In order for us to continue to maintain our sovereignty,” Russian President Putin was worried, “to make the lives of our people and future generations, your children and grandchildren, better than today, we need to achieve qualitative progress.” We have already heard this somewhere. Alexander Zinoviev, in the early 1970s, describing a political regime similar to today's, put the following phrase into the mouth of one of his heroes: "We are moving forward, far ahead of our ass." There is nothing to add to this description of "aspiration for the future".
This is not an election, but some kind of cartel; the formation of a corporatist state, where all gender and social groups are divided into "phalanges", dressed in colored T-shirts, sorted and taken under control
