Actor Lars Idinger deleted a post with a “letter of Kirill Serebrennikov”

The German actor Lars Idinger, who posted on his Instagram the text of the alleged letter of director Kirill Serebrennikov, deleted the post.

In Instagram, the actor said that Serebrennikov personally handed him this letter during a trip to Germany, asking him to publish it in case of arrest. In a letter, the director allegedly asks "to remain calm and not succumb to the provocations of political deceivers."

In addition, in a letter Serebrennikov said that President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko invited him to make a “propaganda film with the financial support of the state”.

Serebrennikov’s lawyer Dmitry Kharitonov soon called the appearance of the letter “provocation” . “There was no letter to Kirill Serebrennikov to Larsa Auders. Cyril did not send him anything and did not ask for any help. Neither this nor last year, ”the lawyer said.
