In Grozny, a large -scale action began in support of the Muslims of Myanmar. Earlier, the Republican television company “Grozny” said that a thousands of thousands with the participation of “residents of Chechnya and guests of the region who cannot remain indifferent to the tragedy of brothers and sisters by faith”, starts on September 4 at the square in front of the Chechnya mosque.
The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has published two appeals in support of Rohingya (Rochinya) - Muslims Myanmar on his Instagram : on the Internet, according to Kadyrov, many videos and photographs of mockery and executions of representatives of Rohingzha were posted. The inaction of the Party of Myanmar, the UN, as well as politicians and world leaders in relation to events in the Asian country, testifies to “the complete immorality of modern world order,” says the head of Chechnya, whose authorities, as stated in a number of resonant publications in the press, are directly involved in brutal persecutions and murders of representatives of LGBT. For example, day a day with Kadyrov’s appeal about Rohinge, the Canadian organization Rainbow Railroad reported that she helped 35 gays from Chechnya to Canada, and 31 of them had already received a shelter there-this data was quoted by the Russian BBC Russian service.
Meanwhile, on September 3, an unanquished action in support of Rohingge with the participation of hundreds of Muslims was held at the Embassy of Myanmar in Moscow, on Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street. Protesters chanted Allahu Akbar and Buddhists - terrorists. The action ended with a prayer. The Moscow police did not interfere, and the city hall complainedly said that there were no violations of the action - just "people express emotions." It is worth recalling that the reaction of the authorities to unauthorized shares against corruption was diametrically opposite, that is, unprecedentedly strict - the shares invariably ended with mass detentions.
Rohingja, representatives of the Muslim minority in more than 50 million Myanmar, whose population by 90%-Buddhists, again ended up in news headlines at the end of August-early September: in the Burmese state of Rakhin, where the population is 78% from Rohingge, a series of arson of their houses and attacks occurred. As a result, more than 2,600 houses were burned, more than 58 thousand Rohingya left Myanmar and moved to Bangladesh. Only according to official figures, about 400 people died in clashes with Buddhists. According to unofficial data on September 4, the number of dead has already exceeded a thousand.
The crisis situation around Rohinge has lasted since 2012. This was described in the report of NT from Myanmar, published in 2016. Here is an excerpt from the report: “In 2012, after (in Myanmar), hundreds of political prisoners were released, a wave of pogroms of Muslim-Rhindja, an ethnic minority that considers itself the indigenous population of ruds in the west of the country, swept through the country. ( In total, about 800 thousand Muslims-Rhindja live in Myanmar. -NT). The pogroms, among whom were former fighters with a regime, and even the Burmans-Buddhists, on the contrary, are convinced that all Rohingya were relocated to the country during British rule from Bangladesh and should return to his homeland. In fact, the position of the official authorities is the same: discriminatory measures were introduced against Muslims: for example, they must pay “tax” in the equivalent of several hundred dollars for the right to marry and create a family. At the same time, civil marriages among Muslims are punishable by five years of prison. One of the most cruel pogroms happened in March 2013 in the city of Maithil, in the center of the country, Buddhist monks took part in it. As the New York Times, a two hundred thousand city, 30% of which Muslims made up, turned into a “murder field”, while the police did not interfere. As a result of the pogroms, hundreds of Muslims died, their houses were burned, tens of thousands of their native foci left. About 120 thousand Rohingya since then they have been living in huts from palm shields in a camp for forced immigrants under the protection of police checkpoints ... "
On August 25, 2017, a new outbreak of violence took place - after the militants from the Archkani Army Rohinge Army launched an organized attack on police posts and army bases, thus reacting to the persecution of Rohinge, which are often called the most oppressed ethnic group in the world.
Meanwhile, international observers express perplexity that the actual head of the Myanmar, the Nobel laureate Aun San Su Sui has not yet reacted to a new round of violence against Rohinge. The ups and downs of her return to the big policy after the 2015 parliamentary elections were also described in the NT report from Myanmar.
