Employees of the Federal Security Service (FSB) conducted searches at the cottage and at home at the head of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Moscow, Major General of Justice Alexander Drymanov, on September 4, the online publication Legal.report reported with reference to their sources in law enforcement agencies.

In turn, the Moscow Komsomolets newspaper clarifies that Drymanov is interrogated in the case of his deputy Denis Nikandrov.

The Moscow Directorate SKA refutes this information. “Currently, in the Main Investigation Department of Investigative measures is not carried out. The operational composition of the Main Directorate under the leadership of Alexander Drymanova is operating normally, ”said Julia Ivanova, a representative of the IC Department, which is quoted by the TASS agency.

One in the office, I work with documents, ” the Mediazon website quotes an excerpt from the conversation of General Drymanov himself with REN TV. Earlier, this television channel also announced the interrogation of Drymanov and the search in his office.

Meanwhile, the sources of Interfax and TASS agencies claim that Drymanov was questioned, but as a witness. At the same time, the general himself is at work and held a number of meetings on Monday.

At the same time, the source of the TASS agency did not rule out that in the near future this status could be changed - from a witness to the suspect or the accused. The source of the newspaper Moscow Komsomolets expressed a similar opinion: we are not talking about Drymanov’s detention, but such an outcome is “quite possible”.

Meanwhile, the source of the Moscow Agency goes even further: “A. Drymanov was held in the case of D. Nikandrov's witness, but now his status has been changed, he has become a suspect. ”

Denis Nikandrov deputy head of the IC Department for Moscow was detained in the summer of 2016 - he is accused of receiving € 500 thousand from the criminal authority of Zakhary Kalashov (Shakro young). The Moscow Agency, citing a source in law enforcement agencies, reports that Nikandrov has already testified against his boss.

In addition to Nikandrov, the head of the Department of Security of the SK Mikhail Maksimenko and his deputy Alexander Lamonov are also accused of receiving a bribe on an especially large scale (Article 290, part 6 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). All them, according to the investigation, promised 5 million rubles. For the liberation of the close Shakro young - Andrei Kochuykov and Eduard Romanov, who were accused of extorting 8 million rubles. Shakro young was arrested in Moscow on July 13, 2016 on charges of extortion.
