The police detained about 10 participants in an uncoordinated rally near the Myanmar embassy, according to the Govorit Moskva radio station.
The message states that all those present are Muslims. They came to the embassy to sign a letter to the Myanmar ambassador calling for an end to the "Muslim genocide".
UPD. According to TASS , 17 people were detained, including two women. Later, the press service of the Moscow Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told Interfax that the police detained 20 people near the embassy "for trying to disturb public order." In relation to 17 of them, protocols were drawn up on violation of the rules for holding rallies (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

On September 3, an uncoordinated rally in support of the Rohingya people, who profess Islam, was held outside the building of the Myanmar embassy in Moscow. The action gathered several hundred people. The main demand of the participants is to stop the persecution of Muslims in Myanmar. The policemen, who were at the embassy, did not interfere with the action.
