In the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow, in the case of the ex-minister of economic development of Alexei Ulyukaev, the prosecutor, the prosecutor, released the record of his conversation with the head of Rosneft Igor Sechin, in which the minister allegedly exhausted the bribe, TASS reports.

As the Mediazon publication clarifies, the operative received two audio recordings of the conversation between Sechin and Ulyukaev during the alleged transfer of a bribe.

As follows from the documents, the audio recording with the help of special vehicles on the evening of November 14, 2016 during the operational experiment against Ulyukaev, Sechin himself led, Interfax reports.

The second record - Ulyukaev’s conversation with an unidentified person in the courtyard of the Rosneft office - was made on the same day, the documents said.

In the printout of the audio recordings, the minister does not speak directly about money, and calls the money bag a basket, sometimes a basket with sausage, reports "Interfax" the words of the prosecutor Boris Nimless.

The defense witness showed that Ulyukaev did not order to delay the transaction on Bashneft

At the same time, Moskvitin showed that Ulyukaev was the initiator of the exclusion of Rosneft from the competition for the purchase of Bashneft shares.

According to the lawyer of the former official Larisa Kashtanova, 30 people were declared among the prosecution witnesses.

The fact that Feoktistov played a role in the organization of the arrest of Ulyukaev wrote earlier. General Feoktistov, nicknamed Fix, was fired from Rosneft, where he headed the security service in March. Sechin himself previously stated that he did not receive the summons in the court in the Ulyukaev case and would not go there as a witness.

The ex-head of the mayor is under house arrest in his apartment on Minsk Street in Moscow. He does not admit his guilt and calls the matter regarding himself "vile provocation."

In the framework of the case, the court at the request of the investigation arrested Ulyukaev’s property - 15 real estate objects and funds in the amount of at least 564 million rubles.
