In Kyiv, they recognized: the order for the murder of the ex-deputy of the State Duma Denis Voronenkov came, although from Moscow, not from political circles, but from criminal. It became obvious when the names of the killers became clear. They were not professional killers, and only one thing could associate with the murdered investigation, as the investigation of NT, they could be associated: the international naked-washing business, which did not obscure the war or closed boundaries. Which, in the midst of an armed conflict in Ukraine, could unite Russian politicians and security forces with Ukrainian shadow gates.
The March murder in the center of Kyiv, ex-deputy of the State Duma Denis Voronenkov, a witness in the case against Viktor Yanukovych, was compared in the West with a mysterious death from the Polonium in London of another refugee from Russia, ex-officer of the FSB Alexander Litvinenko. In Kyiv, they almost immediately stated that it was the “hand of Moscow” and the political murder. In Moscow, in turn, they nodded to the "provocation of Kyiv."
There were no comments from the investigation for many months, and only the other day did Ukrainian law enforcement officers spoke. It turned out that the order nevertheless came from Russia, but not from politicians. The Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko told reporters that the investigation knows who is the customer of the murder of Voronenkov. The customer is in Russia and is closely connected with the criminal world. “I can briefly say one thing now: the customer is located on the territory of the Russian Federation. It is related to the criminal circles of the Russian Federation, as well as lively contacts with the special services of the Russian Federation, ”Lutsenko said at a briefing in Kyiv and added that citizens of Ukraine were the murders.
Why did the Russian special services need to be brought down to kill a politician of obvious enemies, former ATO fighters? And if the crime was prepared by Ukrainian security forces, then why did they choose non -professionals without a real combat past, and even detained one of the performers literally on the eve of the crime?
According to the prosecutor general, the investigation about two months ago received “all the necessary information” to understand who is the customer and performers in this matter. The head of the supervisory authority refrained from more detailed clarifications.
A few weeks before, this version began to express to reporters and the widow of the deceased, the ex-deputy and singer Maria Maksakova. According to her, the murder of her husband was organized by “Russian criminal authorities” to please their patrons.
The fact that the murder of the former parliamentarian was organized by non -special services, the familiar to the suspects and Voronenkov himself were confidently confident. Political interpretations raised too many questions. For example, why did the Russian special services need to be brought down to kill a politician of obvious enemies, former ATO fighters? And if the crime was prepared by Ukrainian security forces, then why did they choose non -professionals without a real combat past, and even detained one of the performers literally on the eve of the crime?
Voronenkov was killed in the center of Kyiv on the morning of March 23. For five months of investigation, the Ukrainian authorities officially called the names of three alleged performers-29-year-old Pavel Parshov, 32-year-old Yaroslav Levenet and 36-year-old Yaroslav Tarasenko.
Only one - Tarasenko was in custody, he was detained by security forces in June. According to investigators, he was a driver - he brought Killer Parshov to the place of the murder and had to pick him up. However, Tarasenko himself now helps a little to the investigation - he claims that he is not involved in the crime. The Levention disappeared after the crime - relatives and friends for the last time saw him only on the day of the murder. And Parshov was mortally wounded by the guard of the ex-deputy.

All three - Ukrainian nationalists, residents of the Dnipropetrovsk region, have long been familiar with each other. Lovenets and Tarasenko were part of the “Right Sector”*prohibited in Russia*, Lovenets consisted of the Defense of the Great Ukraine in his native town Yellow Waters, and Tarasenko founded the Pavlograd Self -Defense movement in his city.
Lovenets fought with Parshov in 2015 in the ATO, in the Donbass battalion, and even lived in the same room. And on the eve of the murder of Lovenets and Parshov, they rented an apartment in Kyiv together, says the Ukrainian Channel STB.
The crime almost broke: a week before the murder, the police detained the leftist at one of the stations in Kyiv. As it turned out, he left a backpack with weapons and cartridges in one of the cells. Already in the police, Lovenets allegedly explained that he was driving a pistol and a revolver from the ATO zone, writes the Ukrainian publication Censor. As a result, he was released.
Only on March 24, the day after the resonant murder, he was nevertheless put on the wanted list-at first for illegal handling of weapons. And literally a few days later, the Leftthus was already searched with might and main in his homeland in yellow waters in connection with the murder of Voronenkov - and this was engaged in employees of the Security Service of Ukraine. They blocked entire quarters, searched every apartment in the house where the left -handed mother lived, even looked into the basement, his neighbors tell.
All that Parshov and Levenets really did in the ATO-was sleeping, driving to the nearest settlements and looking for how to make money
Extremely imprudently, the killers acted on the day of the murder: they at least did not think out the way of departure. Pushkinskaya Street, at the intersection of which with the Boulevard of Taras Shevchenko stands the Hotel Premier Palace, where Voronenkov was killed, with one -way movement. It is on her that Killer Parshov runs away, follows from the video of the murder published on the Internet.
He runs against the flow of cars. If Parshova was waiting for the car, as the investigation claims, then she would have to take the killer back to the hotel and still stop at the traffic lights directly opposite the crime scene.

But Parshov did not run: he was mortally wounded by the guard of Voronenkov, whom the killer himself left alive for some reason.
All these circumstances former colleagues of Parshov on the ATO consider the mistakes of amateurs. “An extremely unprofessional murder, the killer made a lot of mistakes. Why didn't he finish off the guard? And how was he going to leave the crime scene? Where did he run? " - Peter is perplexed (the name is changed). Peter is a veteran of the ATO, he was one of the first on the Maidan in 2013, and then one of the first to sign up for the Donbass volunteer battalion, went through all the boilers in 2014, and was captured. He personally knew Parshov and Leftsez - they served in the ATO together. But in 2016, the battalion was reorganized and almost all the fighters were fired. After that, Parshov and Levenets were looking for how to earn extra money, and they could agree to a custom murder, Peter suggests.
In addition to nationalist views and services in the ATO, Parshov and Levents, the work on the Dnipropetrovsk “cashes”-the organizers of the dummy companies specializing in the cashing of currency under fictitious agreements, in particular, to withdraw funds from tax enterprises. From 2009 to 2012, Leuns and Parshov issued four companies-Globus, Kolos-97, Passol and Vera-06, follows from the SPARK base.
These companies, as well as another 69 firms, made up a whole network of firms (converting center), found out the Dnieper investigators who were interested in these schemes. Contracts were also concluded with large companies. For example, according to Strana.ua, the tax authorities tried through the court to recognize fictitious contracts between the well-known company for the production of Motor-Sich aviation engines and Parshov Parshov, however, lost the process .

The publication connects the entire conversion center with the famous “caster” Victor Kurilo. He was put on the wanted list in 2011. The media reported that the criminal case against Kurilo could be lobbied by the most famous Dnieper oligarch Igor Kolomoisky, with whom the “cashes” allegedly refused to share income.
As a result, the criminal prosecution also touched the ZIC-Directors-the Leventen was arrested, spent a year and a half in the investigative insulator and was released as political prisoners after the revolution in Ukraine. And Parshov was put on the wanted list.
In the winter of 2014, the investigation has intensified, says one of the fake directors Sergey Chaika. He himself, according to the Base of Spark, headed almost a dozen companies and still remains the nominal director of the Polykhim Dnipro company. According to Chaika, law enforcement officers started stripping and detained several dozen people, including his brother Vadim Chaika. Therefore, the "cashes" decided to hide the rest in Russia - sending them to construction sites in Moscow. In this peculiar "business trip" was Parshov. As a result, the seagull was at a construction site at Stroybusiness, and Parshov at another construction site (Chaika did not indicate the name of the company).
Returning to Ukraine, Parshov went to fight in the ATO in the spring of 2015. True, at this time the main fighting has already ended, says their colleague Peter. The battalion was deployed in boarding houses, but the recruits still trusted only on duty at the posts of the third line - the farthest from the front. According to him, Lovenets enjoyed authority among the fighters and commanders, and Parshov was very closed, did not communicate with anyone, contacted only with a left -handed man. All that Parshov and Levenets really did in the ATO-was sleeping, traveling to the nearest settlements and looking for how to make money, says Peter.
Two NT interlocutors, surrounded by Voronenkov, say: the former deputy himself was associated with the shadow financial sector.
At different times, Voronenkov managed to visit the security forces, businessman, politician. In 1995, he began his career in the military prosecutor’s office, then he was a referent in the Unity faction in the State Duma, did not work long in the judicial department at the Supreme Court and left the deputy mayor of Naryan-Mar for five years in 2000. And having returned to Moscow, two years (2005-2007) worked as an agent of the State Drug Control. The former FSB officer Igor Moroz helped him to get to this position, says the interlocutor surrounded by the ex-deputy. It was the frost that introduced Voronenkov to the leadership of the State Aircontrol - Generals Viktor Cherkesov and Alexander Bulbov.
At different times, Voronenkov managed to visit the security forces, businessman, politician. In 1995, he began his career in the military prosecutor’s office, then he was a referent in the Unity faction in the State Duma, did not work long in the judicial department at the Supreme Court and left the city of Naryan-Mag for five years in 2000 in 2000
After leaving the team of Cherkesov and the arrest of Bulbov, Voronenkov took up business. According to the SPARK database, in 2009 he established the architectural and construction company EcoStroy resource along with Vladislav Kudinov, the son of the then influential Ministry of Internal Affairs Sergey Kudinov. The latter headed the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, when the minister was Boris Gryzlov, writes New Gazeta.
And next year, a story happened, which almost cost Voronenkov of freedom. According to the official version of the investigation, Voronenkov took part in the raider seizure of a building belonging to the businessman and founder of Toma Otari Kabakhidze. The transaction for the sale of the asset was lobbying by the general director of Toma Marina Vladimirskaya, and Voronenkov helped with the search for the buyer, follows from the version of the prosecution.
Six people, including Vladimirovskaya, as well as the buyer of the building, businessman Vitaliy Kachura and his lawyer Vitaly Chaban, were put on trial. Vladimirskaya escaped with a conditional term, and the businessman and the lawyer were in custody for 1.5 years.
Voronenkov himself failed to bring to justice - he was protected by deputy inviolability. He went to the State Duma in 2011 according to the list of Communist Party from Nizhny Novgorod. According to the federal list from the same party, his former boss - Victor Cherkesov was elected to the parliament.
Having lost the elections in 2016, Voronenkov fled to Ukraine. He kept his departure for the time being secret.
In their interviews in Ukraine, Voronenkov, and then Maksakov, repeatedly told reporters that General Oleg Feoktistov, the former deputy head of the sixth FSB service, was the main opponent of the ex-deputy.
They claimed that he had lurked the offense since the investigation of the high -profile cause of the “three whales”, during the “war of the special services” - the FSK against the FSB. After the death of the wife, Maksakov, insisted that during the development of this case, Voronenkov took out from the cottage of one of the officials in two cars $ 270 million. The loss of this money caused enmity, the widow claimed.
The 6th Service of the FSB really conducted Voronenkov’s development, but only the former deputy himself never had anything to do with the Three Whales, although he constantly talked about this, tells NT a source close to the FSB. This was confirmed by his chief Bulbov.
Two acquaintances with the family of Voronenkov’s interlocutor claim: on the eve of his departure, he accumulated large debts. Before his flight, he allegedly occupied tens of thousands of dollars from many acquaintances
Now many Moscow acquaintances characterize Voronenkov not as a businessman or politician, but as a “resolver”. He spoke beautifully, took money for promises, but he could really help resolve the issue, the source surrounded by a former deputy claims. For example, he could help cash out money or take out large amounts to offshore, the interlocutor explains. Another interlocutor close to naked business also confirms that Voronenkov was related to this shadow financial sphere.
The ex-deputy could conduct business with the Dnieper mafia, suggests one of the interlocutors. This version is indirectly confirmed by the analysis of the SPARK base-it can be traced in a dozen companies between the former partner of Voronenkov Kudinov and the owner of the small construction company Stroybusiness LLC Ivan Nazarenko, where, according to Chaika, the Dnieper cashes hid their zits-directors. The base establishes the intersection of Nazarenko and Kudinov through a dozen companies at one of the addresses of mass registration in Podolsk (Prospect Lenin, d. 107/49, see scheme ).

The Ukrainian prosecutor's office spoke that he left for Ukraine and testifies to Yanukovych in late January. According to the former State Duma deputy Ilya Ponomarev, having learned about this, Voronenkov himself “was in shock”. After that, he gave several interviews to the Ukrainian media, in which he explained his choice and in every possible way convicted the “bloody regime of the Kremlin”.
But after that, in Russia everyone realized that Voronenkov escaped and was not going to repay debts, the interlocutors are surrounded by a deputy. And when he ended up in Ukraine, one of the Russian or Ukrainian "colleagues" could present him with an account.
Even before the last statements of the prosecutor's office, a source surrounded by Voronenkov stated: the execution of a former deputy is more like criminal showdowns than political murder. Maybe that's why Moscow and Kyiv have long ceased to do the ex-deputy of political statements about the murder.
