In the Basmann District Court of Moscow, which today considers the issue of extending the term of detention of the defendant of “Case March 26” Dmitry Borisov, the bailiffs detained his sister Ksenia. This was announced by the OTD-Info by Sergey Rudich.
According to the ATS-INFO, Ksenia was detained due to the fact that when the bailiff approached her in the court of the court and asked for a passport, she refused to present him, saying that she had already shown documents at the entrance to the court. The bailiff's attention was attracted by the fact that Ksenia Borisova tried to hug her brother.
Dmitry Borisov is an activist of the 14%movement. He took part in the action against corruption in Moscow on March 26, 2017. According to investigators, the activist inflicted two punches on the head of the police officer Erokhin. Borisov was detained on June 8.
