However, the press secretary of the court of Juno Tsarev said that the court considered materials on the teenager only under part 3 of Article 213 (hooliganism using explosive devices).
The teenager pleaded guilty and repented. During the search, fragments of pyrotechnic products, a bit with nails, bullets for traumatic weapons, as well as other components of the weapon were seized at home, was noted in the case file.
The student’s lawyer Viktor Zaprudsky said that the parents of the teenager will pay damage for moral and physical damage, and are also ready to apologize to the victims. According to him, there were no conflicts in the schoolboy family.

After the attack, the school terminated the contract with the security organization that ensured security.
