As the publication found out, the investigation believes that in 2011-2016, some criminals, along with unidentified heads of the department, applied to the mayor's office for subsidies for really inactive firms.
To create visibility, the attackers rented premises and invited a commission from the workplace quota department there. Having received the money, they did not create any jobs.
The case was opened in February 2017. The head of the Department of Labor and Social Protection, Vladimir Petrosyan, told RBC that the money was withdrawn by the Department of Labor and Employment, which until 2015 was a separate structure. “The Department of Social Security [after November 2015] did not issue any subsidies. We provided all the necessary materials that we have available and that the prosecutor's office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and so on requested, ”he told RBC.
The case materials include RosKom LLC and POS-Master LLC, which allegedly entered into fictitious contracts with the department and the Center for Innovative Medical Technologies.
