An employee of Center “E” tried to give a warning to the coordinator of Navalny’s headquarters

Violetta Grudina, coordinator of Alexei Navalny's headquarters in Murmansk, told OVD-Info that this afternoon an employee of the Center for Combating Extremism tried to give her a warning "about extremism."

Grudina said that today, when she went to file a lawsuit against the administration of Murmansk because of the refusal to approve the rally, an employee of the Center “E” approached her and, in front of two witnesses, asked her to sign a paper. The coordinator refused to do so.

The girl is sure that this is due to the rally, which was planned for September 10 and was not approved by the city authorities.

In addition, today Grudina went to the police station to give an explanation about the action held on August 12 in the local Hyde Park. According to the police, she violated the rules for holding the action (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Grudina refused to explain, referring to Article 51 of the Constitution.
