Board Boris Nemtsov

In Moscow, in a small horde where Boris Nemtsov lived, a memorial plaque was installed. The initiative belongs to the municipal deputy of the Zamoskvorechye district. The legislator organized the vote of the residents of the house, most of whom supported this decision. In the capital's department of cultural heritage, they called the illegal installation of a plate on the house where the opposition politician lived. Officials intend to dismantle the board at the expense of the authors of the initiative.
