In Kaliningrad, a member of the election commission with the right to consultative vote (PSG), Vladimir Nemanov, was forbidden to film the elections and threatened with beatings. He reported this to the Maps of Violations hotline.

Nemanov said that the counting of ballots at precinct election commission 216 began before the end of voting. He decided to film what was happening on the site. At this time, Galina Kashina, a member of the electoral commission with the right to vote, began to threaten him: she said that if the man continued filming, she would beat him and break the tablet. She was joined by the chairman of the commission, Sergeev, who threatened Nemanov that he would take off his pants and beat him.

Later, Nemanov said that after a call to the Map of Violations, the threats against him stopped.
