
The Lviv Regional Directorate of the National Police of Ukraine opened a case on the breakthrough of the former Odessa governor Mikhail Saakashvili and his supporters through the Shegini checkpoint on the Polish-Ukrainian border. The corresponding message appeared at night on the website of the National Police.
The case is qualified under part 1 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal crossing of the border), which provides for three to five years in the colony.
