In the Irkutsk region, the fisherman died due to an animal trap in the form of a barrel with a gun

In the Irkutsk region, the investigation establishes the circumstances of the death of a 47-year-old resident of the village of Magistralny Kazachinsko-Lensky district. A man with a gunshot wound was found in the trunk of a car that belongs to his friend, according to the website of the regional SK.

The case was opened under part 1 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code (causing death by negligence).

According to investigators, on the morning of September 9, two men went fishing. On the way, one of them noticed a barrel in the forest. When the fisherman decided to inspect the barrel more carefully, a shot occurred from the smooth -bore weapon installed behind the barrel. As a result of the wounds received, the man died on the spot. The acquaintance of the deceased approached the sound of the shot, plunged the man’s body into the trunk of the car and took him to the village.

After that, a call was received to the on -duty part of the magistral about the detection of a man’s body in the trunk. Who turned to the police is not specified.

The investigation found that the construction that killed the fisherman was a bait on the beast and consisted of a tin barrel, a cut of smoothbore weapons and feeding. It is claimed that none of the fishermen put this trap.
