And at the plenary meeting of the WEF on September 7, with the participation of the leaders of Japan, South Korea and Mongolia, Putin proposed to the world community and, first of all, to the neighbors of South Korea, instead of driving Pyongyang to the corner, actually offering the North Koreans “place in the cemetery”, draw him into economic cooperation, conduct a dialogue with him.
