Tundra in Zaryadye

In Moscow, opposite the Kremlin, the Zaryadye Park opened. The city authorities erected a new tourist facility on the site of the demolished hotel "Russia". One of the guests and journalists was held by the head of the Department of Culture Alexander Kibovsky. The cost of building a park in the historical center of the capital is estimated at 25 billion rubles. The construction of the Philharmonic has not yet been completed.
