The Balashikha Court of the Moscow Region rejected the investigation's request to arrest the owner of the former Soyuz cinema, the collapse of whose wall injured people, Moscow Regional Court Interfax press secretary Natalya Osipova told .

As a result, businessman Igor Timonin was released from custody in the courtroom. In court, he undertook to hand over his passport to the investigator.
