In Chelyabinsk, a dispatcher of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was fired, whom taxi driver Marat Zagitov accused of missing a suspicious man with a bag from which a corpse odor emanated, the prosecutor's office reports .

The dispatcher, according to the taxi driver, demanded that he give the exact address, and he told her the names of the intersecting streets. The prosecutor's office identified violations in the actions of the police, and the head of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was asked to bring the perpetrators to disciplinary liability.

The prosecutor's office checked the article of the publication 74.ru, which published the taxi driver's story. According to him, on the night of June 5, he was driving to a call and saw a man running across Kuibyshev Street with a bag on his chest.

The taxi driver caught up with the pedestrian at the beginning of the private sector on 2nd Khersonskaya Street and asked what he had in his bag. After a short argument, the pedestrian opened the bag; the taxi driver, due to the cadaverous smell, decided to detain the man until the police arrived and called the dispatcher.

“I told her that I detained a man with a bag that smelled like a corpse. She - give me the exact address. I quickly got my bearings and answered: the intersection of Kuibyshev and Khersonskaya, direct the crew. And she says: no, we don’t leave like that, give the exact address. I say: “Are you out of your mind?! I detained a man who may have a corpse in a bag. Should I ask him to wait while I escape?” It’s rude, of course, but that’s the situation. She: the exact address, and that’s it,” the taxi driver recalls.

Then, according to Zagitov, he had to move away from the man to a private house to examine the sign with the address. The man ran away, leaving the bag behind, and the dispatcher hung up. The taxi driver went to the police and returned with the security forces to the bag where they found the head. Two weeks later, the son of the deceased, suspected of murder, was detained; he opened the door in women's clothing, and introduced himself to the police as Zhanna. He was sent for a psychiatric examination.

After the incident, taxi driver Zagitov went to the deputy head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the region and wrote a statement against the dispatcher, because of which he was distracted from the man with the bag, but the police did not find any violations in the actions of the dispatcher.
