The Russian parliament opens the autumn session. 414 out of 450 deputies registered in the plenary session hall, TASS reports .
At a press conference held the day before, State Duma Vice Speaker Ivan Melnikov said that 130 draft laws were scheduled for the autumn session. The priority of the work of the Parliament, according to him, will be the draft budget for 2018 and the planning period of 2019-2020.
According to NT, 117 out of 130 bills intended for priority consideration were submitted by the Russian government.
