On September 12, the Altai Regional Court approved a fine of 10,000 rubles to the head of the Siberian anti-corruption center Transparency International and the coordinator of the Voice project, Stanislav Andreychuk, for participating in an unapproved rally on April 8. Andreichuk was detained on July 19 because of an uncoordinated protest action on April 8. He was taken to the police department, where a protocol was drawn up, and then taken to court.
In Barnaul, on April 8, police detained eight people with placards against corruption at a rally against terrorism. Previously, the participants planned to hold an anti-corruption rally on that day at the same place. The city administration did not agree on it, so the activists came to the rally against terror.
