In Moscow, at the house in Malaya Ordynka, where the politician Boris Nemtsov, who was killed in February 2015, lived, a fight took place between lawyer Ilya Novikov and the leader of the Prochrevsky movement of SERB Igor Beketov (Gosha Tarashevich). This was reported by the coordinator of the project "Last address" Sergey Parkhomenko.
10 minutes before the incident, Novikov, leaving the building of the Zamoskvoretsky court, called the municipal deputy of the Zamoskvorechye district Sergey Markov and agreed to meet him at the Nemtsov’s house. At this time, Tarasich and the former Mundee Igor Brumel approached at that time.
"Tarasevich and Brumel waited for Markov and Novikov, and in front of their eyes, they defiantly began to courageous - stomped flowers set against the walls by those who still come here, tore off the portrait of Boris Nemtsov and homemade posters posted here. And when they rushed to stop them, one of the two began to shoot the video, and the other climbed into the fight with Novikov, - writes. Parkhomenko.
The participants of the brawl were delivered to the Zamoskvorechye police department, where they wrote explanatory. Then they went to the emergency room to remove beatings.
"Today, a conflict with Beketov, who calls himself Tarashevich, was completely suddenly happening, and with Brumel - at the moment when they once again defiled Boris Nemtsov’s memorial in a small horde, house 3, - said Novikov himself to RTVI.“ It was annoying that I was in this story, but I saw this person what this person was doing what this person was doing what this person was doing what this person was doing what this person was doing what this person was doing that this person was doing this person With the memory of Boris Nemtsov. " According to the lawyer, in the fight he broke the nail.
“It hurts me very much in my side, I was even sick,” Tarasich complained. He accuses Novikov of attacked him with a bat. The lawyer claims that he did not beat the leader of SERB with a bat, but simply picked her up, wanting to show that he was able to "fight back".
Markov tried to separate the fighters. The video published by Parkhomenko shows that the bat at that moment is at Tarasevich. Brumel did not participate in the fight, he shot a brawl, screaming at the same time: "Markov, you will sit."
On September 7, a memorial plate with the inscription was installed on a house on a small horde: "There lived a politician Boris Nemtsov, who died at the hands of a hired killer on February 27, 2015." On August 21, Markov held a meeting of residents and owners of premises in the house. The vast majority advocated the installation of a plate, there were no votes against it. Parkhomenko emphasized that the plate is installed absolutely legally.
On Tuesday, activists of the SERB movement took off the sign and took it to the police. "A statement was submitted with a demand to bring to justice of persons who self -right this sign, to the degree of merging, similar to a memorial plaque," Tarasevich said. In a published photo, he is depicted with a sign in his hands with Brumel. In the September 10 elections, Brumel took 11th place in his district and did not go to the municipal meeting.
Parkhomenko said that the police reported to the police. “Of course, we have a duplicate, and we could hang it in a place at least today. But the residents of the house have a statement about the crime of a crime. This sign has value - and considerable. It is a collective property of the residents of the house. The owners will demand the return of their property and the punishment of those who committed theft (and possibly inflicted damage to the property). They will demand the punishments of the guilty,” wrote Parkhomenko. He also congratulated the inhabitants of Zamoskvorechye on the fact that they "got rid of the scoundrels in their municipal assembly.
Meanwhile, the vice-mayor of Moscow Leonid Pechatnikov said that the memorial plaque should sooner or later be dismantled, since it was installed arbitrarily, with a violation of urban legislation. The official emphasized that housing owners did not have the right to arbitrarily install a sign in memory of Nemtsov. Answering the question why the city authorities did not previously take measures to dismantle the memorial board, the printer said: "The prefecture that conducts raids to identify such illegally established objects did not reach the house where they installed the sign of Nemtsov."
On Wednesday, the city hall proposed installing a sign inside the entrance of the house . "Installing a sign in memory of Boris Nemtsov on the facade of the house is a violation of the law. However, a conflict situation can be avoided if you place a memorial plaque inside the entrance," the representative of the capital's authorities said.
