Since for some reason no one has written verses about the charms of a scientific study of the lawmaking process, combined with three children, I prefer to interpret the headline as “poems to yourself”-those that sound inside their own head, most often without any connection with the surrounding reality and the plots accompanying it. Ekaterina Shulman is a political scientist, a specialist in lawmaking, associate professor of the Department of State Administration of the Institute of Social Sciences of the RANEPA. The candidate of political sciences (the theme of the dissertation is the transformation of the political conditions of the legislative process in modern Russia), the author of the books “Lawmaking as a political process” and “Practical political science: a manual to contact reality”.
