Alexey Navalny meets with voters in Yekaterinburg

Alexey Navalny holds a meeting with the inhabitants of Yekaterinburg. Several thousand people gathered in the defense square in the city center. According to the head of the opposition campaign headquarters, several thousand people are waiting in the queue for the framework set by the police with metal detectors. The video broadcast is conducted by the local portal E1. Earlier on Saturday, Navalny and his ally Leonid Volkov met with the mayor of the city Evgeny Roizman.

The Russian opposition began a trip to the regions. Murmansk was the first city on Friday. More than two and a half thousand people gathered at a meeting with Navalny in pouring rain. Earlier, the Central Election Commission of Russia stated that Alexei Navalny would not be allowed to elections because of the outstanding criminal record.

Alexei Navalny intends to run for the presidential election in 2018. Its election headquarters are already operating in dozens of cities of Russia.
