The 16-year-old student of the eleventh grade of Lyceum No. 41 of Vladivostok Semyon Golubovsky is accused under Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses "Public demonstration of Nazi symbols" For drawing on the page in VKontakte. The schoolboy retained in an archive available only for "friends" and "friends of friends", an image of a person in a T -shirt with left -handed swastika, a Buddhist symbol of perfection.

In addition, they are trying to exclude a teenager from school for the fact that he was considering a badge with the inscription "Navalny 20! 8" at a break. In the community “Navalny's team | Vladivostok” the teenager posted an audio recording of his conversation with the administration of Lyceum No. 41 and inspector for minors. On the record, representatives of the school administration scare Golubovsky by expulsion, they say that to bring the Navalny icon to the school equivalent to the spread of drugs, and threaten the prison “for thoughts in my head”. Teachers also explain to the teenager that the FSB is engaged in tracking the content of his page in VKontakte. “This is called the national security of the state, a very great thing,” the school principal says with feeling. School employees answer the objections of a teenager: “Shut up”. In an interview with Radio, Semen Golubovsky said that he has been under the pressing of law enforcement agencies and the Lyceum administration for many months.

- On June 12, for the first time in my life, I went to Navalny’s rally in Vladivostok. I stood at the fence and looked at the Cossacks, who also came to the rally. They sang songs and drank compote. At that moment, the police came up to me and demanded to open a portfolio. In it, they found a poster that I drew for a rally, and took me to the station. The fact that I participated in the rally, the police reported to school. After that, at school they began to "press" me. At first, the director hinted that they could expel me if I did not stop going to rallies. So they said: “There is no person - there is no problem.” The director who teaches the right in our school explained to me that there is such a concept of “power vertical” and there is nothing to rock it. I answered her that “there is such a concept - the change of power” and only Russophobe can think that in such a huge country there is no person who could lead Russia instead of the current president. It is necessary not to love your country, so as not to see how a group of people who occupy leading positions for 17 years have brought Russia to an economic crisis and a breakdown of relations with the civilized world. I am a real patriot, so I see that our country does not develop our own production, but only sells raw materials.

- For what reason did the conversation take place, which you recorded and posted on the Internet?

- Recently, I brought to school the badges “Navalny 20! 8”. I did not put them on during class. Only at a big break I took out the badges and examined. The class teacher asked to show what was in my hands. Then she, despite my indignation, took the badges. Half an hour later, the director of the lyceum came to the lesson and invited to talk. In the office, a psychologist who works in the lyceum, and an inspector for minors, was already waiting for me. The class teacher said that only the traitor could bring such an icon to school and she had to convey to the director about this betrayal. My brains were washed for a long time. They said that I could not get a job in life, because I am monitoring the FSB. From the point of view of these people, children, like me, are not needed at universities, my career ended without having time to begin. The director said that wearing a Navalny badge is tantamount to wearing cold weapons. There was also a funny moment. In the lesson, I made notes on my hand in order not to forget to bring a clean notebook to the next lesson. He painted a small cross, like in the game, cross-knuckles. So the psychologist interrogated me what kind of crosses are on his hands. He was worried that they could see them of primary school students. And the director said that it would be better if I drew this cross in my ass.

-Did they convey your vision of your future in such an exquisite manner or did you want something specific?

- They said that they were going to expel because I became a burden for the school. Because of me, the administration has to constantly send papers and characteristics to the police. Like, they will be disgraced everywhere because of me. I tried to explain that I did not put on the Navalny icon at school, I didn’t call anyone to anything, I am engaged in politics in my free time, but I study well. But no one listened to my words. They said to me: “Shut up.” They also repeated that I was spoiling the reputation of the school. It seems to me that they will disgrace the school and the profession of the teacher.

- How did you feel during this “educational work”? Frightened?

During the interrogation, one law enforcement officer said to another: “Look carefully his page. Maybe there will be another article for extremism to hang”

- I’m already used to it, because for several months I am pressed by police, teachers, and eshniki from all sides. Employees of the “E” center came to my house at nine in the morning and said that they found a fascist swastika on my page on VKontakte. I have nothing to do with fascist ideology! I love the MB Package group. They write very interesting texts in the “political hip-hop” genre about a difficult and hopeless life in Russia. There is nothing fascist and extremist in the texts of this group. I found on the Internet a picture with the image of the lyrical hero of these texts. On it is a paper bag and a T -shirt with a Buddhist symbol of perfection, which is often confused with a swastika. By the way, the leader of the MB Package group wrote a post about my business and said that what was happening to me looks like his song “Hate”. I tried to explain this to Eshniki, but they replied: “Do not hang noodles on our ears, because we know people like you.” It was also struck that during the interrogation, one law enforcement officer told me to another: “Look carefully his page. Maybe there would be another article for extremism.” Now the lawyer who works with the FBC makes an independent examination, and we will prove my innocence.

- Parents support you?

-The school principal said that my mother may lose work because of me. Mom cried after that. She is very worried, and I have to calm her down. Grandma does not believe that in Russia you can live freely and you do not even have to try. Father is on my side. He says that they’ll sit down and get down. He is a sailor, constantly in flights and at home it is rare. But I know what I can count on my father.

“You will finish the school soon.” How do you want to practice further?

It is unfortunate that we lost Nemtsov. He was a man of word and principle

- I will go to study at the Faculty of Economics. Previously, I wanted to become a pharmacist, but then I realized that I am most interested in politics. I am a volunteer of Navalny, but I am in the Yabloko party, sometimes I go to the Rage of the Communist Party. In the future, I want to become a deputy. And ideally, a politician, like Boris Nemtsov. It is unfortunate that we lost Nemtsov. He was a man of word and principle.

- What political program would you offer voters?

- My political views were formed in 2012, after rallies to Bolotnaya and Sakharov. Liberal and humanistic ideas are close to me. I love Immanuel Kant, Jean-Paul Sartra and Ivan Bunin. Under their influence, my socio-political views were formed. First of all, I would cancel the 282nd article, because it is used to reproduce with disagreed. I would ratify the UN Convention against Corruption. It seems to me that you need to spend less money on the army and more on healthcare, education and development of civil society.

- Boris Nemtsov, as you know, killed in the center of Moscow. Do you want to think about emigration to the country where more people shares your views?

- I want to live in Russia how people live in Canada, European and USA countries. I am sure that we can reach this level with the correct distribution of resources. Residents in civilized countries sought the right to freedom and blood. Our people are not used to freedom. Russians give all power to a handful of officials, who terrorizes them. It seems to me that it is necessary to educate people, tell them about the value of rights and freedoms. I saw how many people came to rallies against corruption. Now I am supported by a large number of different like -minded people.

- In Vladivostok?

- The words of support from different cities of Russia are written from different cities. I receive letters from peers who are accused of various violations due to the fact that they go to rallies or volunteer at Navalny headquarters. My classmates are outraged by how the school administration poisoned me just because I express my opinion. I am sure that, firstly, we are not as few as it seems. Secondly, not the majority changes history, but active units. And I want to be among those who make life in our country better.

Secondly, Semyon had no intent to spread this picture. But the seed is not a court, but the commission on minors. And I know on the basis of the experience of protecting other adolescents in similar situations that the commission is not interested in legal nuances. People who are far from jurisprudence sit in such a commission. The commission usually does not delve into legal issues, but reports to schoolchildren and their parents for poor behavior and education. Then he makes decisions, rewriting the protocols that the police tells her. Without illusions, I evaluate the prospects of the case of seeds. But, of course, we will dispute the indictment of the commission in court.
