The court sent photographs from the Dmitriev case for a new examination, but they will be appreciated again by specialists from the non -core private office

On Friday, September 15, the judge of the Petrozavodsk city court Marina Nosova sent photographs from the case of Yuri Dmitrieva for a new examination. The judge was asked by lawyer Viktor Anufriev. The first examination, on which the historian is built, considered the photos of pornographic. The study was conducted by the Moscow Center for Sociocultural Expertise. Earlier, based on the conclusions of the experts of this institution, they condemned Pussy Riot participants and banned Jehovah's Witnesses.

The main claim of protection to the first examination: it was carried out by non -core specialists. Photos, which shown Dmitriev’s adopted daughter without clothes, were not studied by sexologists, but by a mathematician, art historian and pediatrician.

As Dmitriev himself explains, he photographed his daughter to control her health. The historian took her from the orphanage, on the verge of dystrophy. In order not to give a fault, he from time to time took protocol pictures: in front, from behind and from the sides. Photos were stored on a computer in folders with the names "Control", "Health". Dmitriev did not show them to anyone, did not send them on the Internet. A couple of years ago, when the daughter was getting stronger (now she is 12), the adoptive father stopped taking pictures of her.

The case was opened by anonymous denunciation. It is known that the denunciation came to the police after the district police officer called Dmitriev to the department for formal occasion and held it there for several hours. Returning home, Dmitriev realized that someone had visited the apartment.

Of the 140 photos, only nine were recognized as “illegal”. The girls are visible to them. Eight pictures are charged under the article “Depraved actions” (four to different points of this article), another photo - according to the article “Using a minor to make pornography”. Pictures are taken in different years. According to the lawyer, the child is alone in all the photographs, there is no hint of sexual actions. The psychological examination did not find any deviations in the girl due to the fact that her father photographed her.

The President of the National Institute of Sexology, Lev Shcheglov, called the conclusion of the Center for Sociocultural Expertise by a humorous document. “In the ascertaining part, experts cite one of the definitions of pornography, in which a completely correct thought sounds that this is a process. This is someone with someone. And at the same time, in the final part, they write that static photographs of a naked girl presented for examination are pornographic. This is warlike absurdism, ”Shcheglov explained in an interview with Novaya Gazeta.

In addition to Shcheglov, several more experts performed in court, including Moscow pediatricians Fedor Katasonov and Grigory Shelyanov. They testified: doctors themselves recommend taking pictures of children in order to monitor their development in dynamics.

This was already the fourth attempt by Anufriev’s lawyer to achieve a new examination. This time, even the prosecutor's office supported the petition. Apparently, the interrogation of the director of the Center for sociocultural examinations Natalia Kryukova influenced the state prosecution and the judge. He walked through the video on September 7th. “Kryukova then showed her failure,” Anufriev told Novaya Gazeta. However, the lawyer ordered to appoint an examination in the relevant state institution, and the judge instructed the Petersburg by the Pitersky Federal Department of Independent Forensic Expertise. In a conversation with the New Gazeta, Anufrieva expressed fear that most of these private offices are “garbage dumps”, which the consequence may affect.

Moreover: the representative of the state prosecution insisted that only nine photographs imputed by Dmitriev were sent for the study. Judge Nosova satisfied the request precisely in this form. This means that new experts will not be able to evaluate the health diary in aggregate.

Yuri Dmitriev has been looking for burials of the times of large terror for 30 years. It was he who found the shooting cemeteries of Sandarmokh and Red Bor, a burial ground on a sequirium grief (Solovka), burials along the White Sea.

Colleagues and relatives of Dmitrieva are convinced that he is persecuted precisely for this asceticism, for the annually held by his memory day in Sandarmokh, where hundreds of people and dozens of foreign consuls come, for sharp statements about the authorities, about the war in Ukraine. Recently, the historian complained of someone's increased attention to him. As if he was waiting for an arrest.

Dmitrieva is supported by Lyudmila Ulitskaya, Vladimir Mirzoev, Svetlana Aleksievich, Evgeny Zakuchkin, Veniamin Smekhov, Boris Grebenshchikov, Alexei Uminsky - and more than a dozen famous writers, directors, actors, musicians, and clergymen.

The court (meetings are held closed) heaps the conclusions of the new examination on October 11.
