The Moscow authorities refused to agree on the Anti-Capitalism 2017 march scheduled for September 23. This was reported on the event page in Vkontakte.

The mayor's office said in a response that the action may interfere with citizens' access to infrastructure facilities, and the specified site cannot accommodate the declared number of participants. The authorities did not offer an alternative seat.

The organizers of the rally filed another notice of the rally - at a different site and with a smaller number of participants.
