The Lublin District Court of Moscow granted the claim of the Fund for supporting socially significant state projects ("Sotsgosproekt") on the protection of a business reputation to the lawsuit against the Corruption Fund and its founder Alexei Navalny. This was reported by FBK lawyer Ivan Zhdanov.

The court ordered the defendants to refute the information that businessman Alisher Usmanov gave the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev through the charity fund by donating a mansion with a plot on Rublevka, that the Sotzgorproekt participated in the criminal scheme that the non-profit organization was not engaged in real charitable activities. Fragments of the film-investigation "He is not Dimon" with these statements, the court ordered to remove.

“We will probably not do this,” Navalny commented on the decision of the court.

“The court removed all the key issues on my part,” Zhdanov noted. At the same time, in court, representatives of the Fund denied that Usmanov, USM Holdings, transferred the land plot to the STSGOSPROTE. This contradicts the businessman made earlier. Representatives also refused to answer questions how the estate is used in Znamensky, and what exactly the charity activity of the fund consists of.

“Sooner or later, we will achieve answers to these questions directly from Dmitry Medvedev when he is already in a different capacity,” Zhdanov wrote .

In the film "He is not Dimon", the Funds "Dar" and "Sotsgosproekt" were mentioned, led by classmates of Prime Minister Ilya Eliseev and Alexei Volumekov. In particular, it was noted that the company "Sotsgosproekt" company Usmanov USM Holdings transferred a plot in the Odintsovo district of the Moscow Region with an area of ​​more than 4 hectares.

On April 13, Usmanov filed a lawsuit to protect honor and dignity to Navalny and FBK. The billionaire assured that the transfer of the plot "Sotsgosproekt" was part of the real estate exchange transaction . According to the billionaire, for this land he received from the fund a plot of 12 hectares in the village of Uspenskoye in Rublevka. Navalny, however, insisted that the businessman was lying. As the politician explained, the land in Uspensky Usmanov bought from two commercial firms and there is no connection between the acquisition of one and the transfer of the other site.

On May 31, the judge of the Lublinsky District Court of Moscow Marina Vasina satisfied the lawsuit Usmanova . The judge ordered the defendants to delete all the "defaming" Usmanov publications within 10 days, including the film "He is not Dimon to you." In addition, by decision of the court, a site should be deleted where an investigation on Medvedev’s corruption is posted, although only one chapter is devoted to Usmanov there.

Vasina’s decision was appealed by FBK lawyers in the Moscow City Court. On August 11, Aapellation was partially satisfied . The Moscow City Court obliged the defendants to delete only fragments of the film-investigation, and not the whole video. “Regardless of the court’s decision, the film will not be completely or partially deleted,” Zhdanov said. According to the lawyer, the decision of the Moscow City Court will be appealed to the presidium of this instance and in the Supreme Court.
