Soon six policemen approached him, put it in an official car and took him to the Tver police department.

Kiselev was released from the police without drawing up a protocol. After that, the activist returned to the monument. There, Kiselev was again detained when he "just stood and talked with friends," Irina Yatsenko reports . The poster at this time was in the package. Kiselev stayed in the police department for about two hours, the soil of which he was again released without a protocol about the offense. The activist decided to file a complaint against the unlawful actions of the police.

The monument to Kalashnikov was opened in Moscow at the intersection of Sadovaya-Karetnaya and Dolgorukovskaya streets on the day of the gunsmith at the initiative of the Russian Military Historical Society and the State Corporation Rostec, Interfax reports . The composition of the sculptor Salavat Shcherbakov includes a five -meter figure of Kalashnikov, standing with a machine gun in his hands on a four -meter pedestal. On the background of the monument is a sculptural composition with the figure of Mikhail Archangel.
