On September 19, at 11:00 in the Tver District Court of Moscow, the second meeting will be held on the merits of the criminal case against Dmitry Gerekin (judge Alexander Merkulov, lawyer Ilnur Sharapov). Strikin is accused of attacking the senior sergeant of riot police, Mikhail Zvonarev during the anti -corruption campaign on March 26.

Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the use of non -hazardous violence to a representative of the authorities; up to five years of the colony) was dutered by Strikin for "deciding to use violence" against Zvonarev and, "realizing the consequences", struck him in the right thigh.

At the first meeting on August 8, Strikin refused to admit guilt. On the Internet, Strikin said in his testimony, he read that the action was agreed. Leaving the metro, Strikin continued, he was amazed at the number of security forces and special equipment in the center of Moscow. A peaceful procession was planned, the political prisoner explained, but "peaceful citizens were loaded on buses like cattle."

“I could not do anything, seeing the lawlessness,” said Gerekin. “First, he pulled one employee by the shoulder to say: what are you doing?” Then, the defendant continued, "to distract the attention of the police from the detainee, he struck the club." “He was not going to beat the employee,” he emphasized.

"Did you want to free the detained young man?" - said the prosecutor Ibragimova. “Well, yes,” answered Strikin, smiling embarrassedly. "Did you understand that you have the employees?" - continued the official. "Partly." - "How is it?" “It was believed that the police are guarding order there, but they were engaged in a little different - they delayed the innocent,” the political prisoner answered.

Next, the "victim" Zvonarev, a native of the Tver region, was interrogated. He stated that he noticed how the defendant was pursuing him, and "kept the distance". The riot police did not see the very impact of allegedly received from the demonstrator, however, turning around, he noticed Strikin. After the blow, Zvonarev continued to "work" - "with the help of a megaphone, he accompanied citizens to the subway."

When asked about the demonstrators of aggression, the riot police replied that aggression "was to shout down slogans against the current government."

After the detention of Strikin, Zvonarev said, he was demonstrated in the TFR video from the scene, and later on the same day they conducted the identification of the suspect.

Then the judge Merkulov moved to the interrogations of witnesses. The first was the Omonovsky operator Kirill Deleanov. He assured that he saw a blow allegedly inflicted by Golokin, withdrawing the dispersal of the action from behind the back of the demonstrator. However, in the video he made, poor quality, which is attached to the case, this blow is not fixed.

The next witness, riot police Andrei Smirnov, said: "They lingered for a moment, I saw the corner of my eye that Zvonarev was happening. Then he said that he was hit."

The head of Budasov, who was the latter, the head of Zvonarev, also said that he knew about the attack only from the words of his subordinate - he himself did not see this episode.

The interrogations ended on this. The prosecutor Ibragimova began to hastily announce the case file. Then, however, she unexpectedly filed a request for an examination of the video contained in the case, for installation. However, Judge Merkulov said that there is no video disc with video recording.

He further announced that he was going on vacation, and postponed further consideration of the case until September 19.

During the meeting of Ibragimov, the lawyer Sharapov was constantly rude.

32 -year -old Strikin - equipment repair master. On March 26, he first participated in a protest campaign. The Muscovite was detained on May 16 andarrested two days later .

As previously noted, Zvonarev did not turn to doctors and did not submit a report on the detection of signs of a crime. However, in his testimony at the investigation, he claimed that he had experienced "severe physical pain" from the blow. At the same time, at a full -time head, riot police declared the absence of claims to Politzek.

Meanwhile, the stronghold of the Strekhn himself beat the security forces on March 26. The demonstrator received at least six strokes; In the emergency room, he recorded bruises throughout his body.
