Andrei Kiselev, who was detained in the morning during the opening of the monument to the designer Kalashnikov in Moscow, was detained again. After Kiselyov was released from the Tverskoy OVD without drawing up a protocol, he returned back to the monument. As Irina Yatsenko writes on Facebook, Kiselyov "just stood there talking with friends." The police officers did not introduce themselves, did not explain the reason, and again detained and took Kiselev to the Tverskoy police department.
After spending about two hours at the police station, Andrey Kiselyov was released without drawing up a protocol on the offense. The activist decided to file a complaint against police misconduct.
