
The Soviet District Court of Ufa sentenced 33 to the defendants in a criminal case of drug trafficking. Among the defendants were not only the inhabitants of Bashkiria, but also immigrants from the Baltic states and Transcaucasia.
The court sentenced drug dealers in the form of imprisonment for a term of four to 13 years. The convicts will be sent to the penitentiary colonies of a general and strict regime, the official website of the Republican prosecutor's office reports.
It was established that from October 2014 to May 2015, convicts "committed more than 30 serious and especially serious crimes in the field of drug trafficking." They distributed forbidden substances in the territory of Bashkiria, Tatarstan, Chelyabinsk, Omsk, Kursk regions and Udmurtia.
“Among the attackers were“ wholesale couriers ”, which received large batches of narcotic drugs weighing more than a kilogram and beaned on one -time doses. Other accomplices distributed them by caches. After receiving funds, the accused informed the clients of the bookmarks,” the press release said.
The gang was neutralized by FSKN employees in 2015. The suspects were detained in Ufa, Chelyabinsk, Omsk, Izhevsk, Kursk and Kazan. In their cache, apartments and cars, over 22 kilograms of prohibited substances were found.
In addition, the detainees seized a large number of computer equipment, mobile phones and SIM cards used in criminal activity, 14 electronic scales and polymer packages for packing drugs.
It is noted that the detainees are residents of Bashkiria and other regions of Russia. In addition, some of the detainees turned out to be immigrants from Latvia and Azerbaijan.
The criminal case was investigated under part 1, 3, Art. 30, part 3-5 tbsp. 228.1 ("Preparation and attempt on illegal sale of drugs by a group of persons by prior conspiracy") and part 2 of Art. 228 ("illegal storage of narcotic drugs") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

The Kamensky District Court of the Sverdlovsk Region sentenced the 21-year-old resident of Ufa Alexei Mamaev, who was convicted of drug trafficking.
In 2016, Mamaev began to trade in drugs via the Internet. His accomplice, who had not yet been caught, laid forbidden substances in the so -called bookmarks, and Mamaev took them and took them to his home, after which he sold. On May 17, he arrived from Bashkiria to the Kamensky district, where, on the first kilometer of the Kamensk -Uralsky highway, the village of Cheremkhovo removed 29.7 kilograms of the narcotic drug from the cache, writes our newspaper .
"Mamaev could not bring the criminal intent due to circumstances that were independent of him, as he was detained by the FSB officers," the press service of the regional prosecutor's office said.
The court appointed Alexei Mamaev a punishment in the form of nine years in prison with serving a maximum security penal colony.
