A pensioner from Tomsk was fined for a video message to Putin

The Leninsky District Court of the city of Tomsk fined pensioner Rimm Kruts for 5 thousand rubles under Part 2 of Art. 20.2 Administrative Code (holding a public inconsistent public event) for June 15, a woman, along with other pensioners, recorded an appeal to Putin near the building of the Tomsk administration. This was reported by the news agency "TV-2".

Cool is the fourth of the participants in the appeal, whom they fined. Galina Shergin, recognized by the organizer of the inconsistent public event, was fined 20 thousand rubles, two more participants - for 5 thousand. In total, 13 women participated in the video. In the video, they held in their hands posters with inscriptions calling Putin to send a commission to Tomsk to combat corrupt officials and “werewolves in uniform”, and also launched balloons with the flowers of the Russian flag into the sky.

Four years ago, Krutz and her husband were deceived by scammers, selling them a tractor with fake documents. All this time, pensioners are paying a loan taken to buy a car, but they cannot take a tractor and use it. Kruts for a long time achieved the initiation of a criminal case - and recently he was finally aroused.

On September 13, Rimm Krutz tried to judge for the first time. There were no summons - just in the morning on the day of the trial, a man who introduced himself as a police officer came to her house, and demanded to proceed with him through the door. The woman was frightened that a person penetrated the porch without calling her through the intercom, and did not open. The man knocked loudly, and then he began to send a SMS with threats of reckoning. In total, about twenty messages came, in which, among other things, it was said that Krutz "risks in old age to spend a couple of days behind bars."

The court decision says:

... In court, Krutz was disputed by the fact of an administrative offense, and did not plead guilty. She explained that she did not believe that there was a notification, since the purpose of the meeting near the administration was a video message to the president, the launch of balls with a tricolor in the sky and a poster, which was planned to be kept for 47 seconds. Immediately before the event, she personally went to the administration, spoke with the administration employee about the purpose of the event, and did not receive objections.

On June 15, several women gathered at the building of the Tomsk administration in order to record an appeal to Russian President Vladimir Putin and send him letters using balloons. The women did not receive answers to letters and appeals sent by ordinary mail, so they decided to send messages to the president “with a fair wind”.
