An administrative case was opened on the coordinator of the Navalny headquarters in Murmansk.

The case was opened under part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Accidents (“Organization or holding a public event without submitting a notification of its holding”). Police and the administration believe that the rule of the guide parks does not apply to campaign cubes.
