A woman was detained at the presidential administration for a picket in support of journalist Ali Feruz

On September 22, Nadezhda Leoshina, a resident of Belarus, was detained outside the presidential administration building in Moscow for participating in a series of pickets in support of journalist Ali Feruz. OVD-Info became aware of this from the Social Alternative activist Marta Khromova.

Leoshina was told that she had no right to participate in the action. Currently, she is in the Kitai-Gorod police station, eyewitnesses told OVD-Info on the hotline. Khromova reports that a police officer took away her phone when she tried to film the detention, grabbed her by the backpack, cursed and threatened her.
