"There is no evidence that the Russians have changed at least one vote or at least one registration," said Jadd Choi, president of the National Association of Administrators of the Elimis (NASED).

This is the first official confirmation of cyber attacks to state electoral systems by the Ministry of National Security, although the first reports of such attacks in various states appeared about a year ago.
