In the Timiryazevsky district, the battle of Yablons and United Russia develops - the latter are suspected of theft of votes

The first meeting of the Council of Municipal Deputies in the Timiryazevsky district ended with the apple -browned strike. Opposition activists claim that their votes stole voices on their votes.

As Yulia Galyamina, a municipal deputy from Yabloko, told the “new” municipal deputy, the candidate from United Russia, Marina Moskvina, received 42 votes. “At night after the election, it turned out that a certain candidate from the Communists of Russia Publishing House, who received 10 votes in the region of all other sites, fits a complaint about violation of his rights when counting the votes,” says Galyamin. Tick ​​decides to recalculate the ballots, but during recounting none of the observers are present, only candidate Marina Moskvina. Next, a pack of ballots, brought from WIK No. 435 is opened - Moskvin receives 70 votes (that is, 28 more votes than it had). New results are recorded in the GAS “Elections” system, and as a result of recounting, the mandate of the self -nominated Olga Smirnova moves to Marina Moskvina, and the majority receive the majority in the municipal meeting.

About 40 residents come to the meeting of the Municipal Assembly of the Timiryazevsky district. Basically, these are elderly women with sticks and only a few supporters of the "apple trees" (they are easy to recognize by the icons "Return 28 votes"). Seven independent deputies are also sitting with these badges, they occupy the entire left side of the room, eight united Russias are sitting on the right side, including Marina Moskvina.

“We branded a woman,” says a pensioner in a beret and a black coat, “she sits out, does not even look at anyone.” We are not here on the Maidan - to arrange public injuries. Still go prove your falsifications!

The pensioner shouts the deputies who are trying to agree to transfer the meeting to a more spacious room - in the corridor at the door there are still 20 people.

Galyamin makes a proposal to postpone the meeting the next day, since the Central Election Commission will consider their complaint about the falsification of the elections and 28 “extra votes” the next day: “We all respect Ella Alexandrovna Pamfilova. Let's wait for the decisions of a higher body, and only then will solve and discuss the issues of the area. ”

The side of the United Russia expresses its dissatisfaction with this proposal, the rumble begins in the hall and the cries "Why did we come here then?" The host of the meeting offers the deputies to vote for this proposal. It is expected: all eight representatives of United Russia - against transfer, seven independent deputies - for. The meeting continues.

The activist at the window does not stand it and shouts from the place: “For you, the collection of mundips is more important than the cycs? What did you arrange here? We demand a proceedings on the situation on the eleventh of September when counting votes! She should not sit here! ” - and points a finger at the Moskvin looking at the table. Pensioners nearby begin to aggressively plug the activist: “Crazy! Yeah, for justice she! What did you have here - the eleventh of September, nothing has been proved! ”

The rumble in the hall grows into a cry and mutual insults of each other, one of the elderly women even grabs the cane. The host of the meeting announces a break - the third for the meeting, she warns that the breaks will be announced each time if the noise continues.

Galyamin says that all these active “protesters” and supporting the Moskvin were delved by intentionally - as a mass of “United Russia”.

They begin to choose candidates for the post of chairman of the meeting.

"Yablons" and self -nominates refuse to participate in this because they do not recognize the results of the elections. United Russia puts forward the former head of the council of the Timiryazevsky district Alla Zhukov and deputy Natalya Zavyalova, who does not live even in the Northern District.

A man from the audience shouts: “I want other candidates! We saw this Zhukov in business! ” A woman from the first row shies: “And whoever you want? Navalny or what? ”

Two candidates begin a story about themselves, answer the questions of the inhabitants and the parties to the Yablons. Both Zhukov and Zavyalov believe that the court must solve the situation with “supposedly stolen 28 votes”, they have no right to comment on anything. Also, women adhere to the same position on the renovation program (they fully support it) and believe that it is necessary to carefully monitor the work of the Housing State Budgetary Institution.

Independent deputies declare a strike and refuse to vote. United Russia vote for their candidates themselves. The head of the meeting is elected Alla Zhukov, Zavyalova had to vote “against” himself because of an equal number of votes.

The chapter was chosen, those present in the hall gradually begin to leave each other when a discussion of the problems of the area begins. The meeting went almost five hours.

On Friday after a meeting of the working group in the CEC, Julia Galyamin told “New”:

- We are waiting for the trial. The CEC cannot make a decision. The only thing they did was recorded some procedural disorders. We sued. Then we will seek some reaction from law enforcement agencies-the Timiryazevsky police department is now behaving extremely strange, they have lost our statement. We also plan to submit a number of applications to the Investigative Committee. We hope that Ella Pamfilova’s political will to ensure substantially honest elections will affect the further course of actions.
