A Eurofighter Typhoon fighter jet crashed in Terracina, Italy during an air show. The plane crashed into the sea, performing one of the aerobatics.
According to La Stampa, the pilot did not have time to eject and died. At the helm was 36-year-old Italian Air Force Captain Gabriele Orlandi.
In addition to the pilot, no one was injured in the crash - the plane crashed at a distance from spectators and ships located off the coast.
Judging by the published video of eyewitnesses, the pilot did not have time to bring the plane out of a dive before a collision with the water surface.
