On July 20, the Judge of the Tver District Court Elena Ermakova sentenced the Zimovts to two and a half years in general regime on charges of attacking the castle commander of the 2nd operational battalion of riot police, Lieutenant Colonel Vadim Kotenev. The 32-year-old Zimovets was declared guilty under Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the application of non-hazardous violence to a representative of the authorities).
