The ruling block of the Christian Democratic Union and the Christian Social Union took first place in the parliamentary elections in Germany, receiving 33 percent of the vote. The block retained the largest faction in the Bundestag, it will include 246 deputies. It is reported by ARD with reference to the official election results.
The second in terms of production, the Social-Democratic Party of Gemrania received 20.5 votes. Its representatives will receive 153 places in the federal parliament.
At the same time, both parties significantly lost popularity: in the past parliamentary elections in 2013, the CDU/CSS bloc received 41.5 percent of the vote, SDPG - 25.7 percent. Thus, the two largest parties of Germany in total lost 14 percent of the vote.
The third place was taken by the law -Populistic "Alternative for Germany" with 12.6%. Party deputies will receive 94 chairs in the Bundestag. For the first time after the Second World War, the ultra -rights went to the federal parliament. In the 2013 elections, ADG received only 4.7 percent of the vote and could not overcome the five percent barrier.
The parliament will also present a free democratic party with 10.7 percent of the vote, the left party, receiving 9.2 percent of the vote, and Soyuz-90/Green, which scored 9.2 percent. Their factions will be 80, 69 and 67 deputies.
Thus, the liberals achieved significant success in the elections: in 2013, the SVDP did not go to parliament.
In total, over 40 parties participated in the elections. The turnout of the voters amounted to 76.2 percent against 71.5 percent in 2013.
The XDS/KSS federal chancellors intend to nominate Angel Merkel, who has been holding this post for three deadlines - since 2005. As expected, the government for the first time in history will be formed from representatives of the CDU/CSS, liberals and green. This coalition was called "Jamaica" - the colors of the three parties correspond to the colors of the flag of this country. The SDPG, which is now a partner of the CDU/CSS, has already announced that according to the results of the current elections, it goes into the opposition. In addition, earlier all leading parties announced the refusal to conduct coalition negotiations with the ADG.
The migration crisis contributed to the popularity of right -wing populists, which erupted in Germany two years ago after the Merkel decision to provide asylum almost 1 million migrants. ADG insists on closing the boundaries of the European Union for migrants. Also in her program is Germany’s exit from the eurozone and the weakening of the EU political institutions with the return of the majority of the functions transmitted to him by national governments. Along with this, right -wing radicals opposed the construction and maintenance of mosques in Germany with the funds of Islamic states and other foreign sponsors. They require internal issues to be taken to a referendum, as in Switzerland.
Finally, ADG wants to cancel sanctions against Russia and more closely cooperate with Moscow.
Meanwhile, both the CDS/CSS, and the SDPG are supporters of the strengthening of the European Union. Both forces are linked to the removal of anti -Russian sanctions with the implementation of Moscow Minsk agreements.
The frankly Posoputin position of the ADG, as well as the Russian issue as a whole, during the election campaign was given considerable attention. It was reported that on the eve of the elections in Germany, a network of procting structures was activated. The Federal Protection Service of the German Constitution (counterintelligence of the country) has repeatedly expressed fears that on the eve of the elections, Moscow would deploy a disinformation campaign , resorting to hacker attacks. However, these fears, as far as are known, have not come true.
