This court cannot last a second longer

Going to give testimonies for the process in the case of Dmitry Buchenkov, I put on a cool revolutionary T -shirt. Lawyer Ilya Novikov in an impeccable costume, whom I met at the courtroom, was frightened by a drawing on a T -shirt and asked me to fasten the jacket.

As always: when you are late in court, the meeting begins a minute per minute, you come on time - you wait for an incomprehensible how much. At 11 o’clock-at this time a meeting was scheduled-in the 210th office of the Zamoskvoretsky District Court, where the Buschenkov process is taking place, a sentence of some young people with a mowing look was sentenced to us. Soon the meeting began, I was called first. The judge, trying to support the image of a strict aunt, did not like the fact that I somehow did not go on the rostrum. It was here that you could tell her everything that I think-but I have not yet had time to testify. So I restrained myself.

And I wanted to say that it is not clear that for a month it has been going on in the 210th office of the Zamoskvoretsky District Court. That it is enough to look at the photographs of Buchenkov and the person who hooligan on Bolotnaya Square on May 6, 2012, and the minimum common sense suggests that these are different people, that this court cannot last a second longer. That the only justice that would be related to Buchenkov is a process in which Buchenkov would be a victim.

Meanwhile, the prosecutor and the judge receive a salary from our taxes, meetings are drawn. The judge and the prosecutor have to talk to "you." And Buchenkov, who “just like that” served 15 months in a pre -trial detention center, is now sitting at home with the right to walk ... Once a week for one hour. He still has not returned to him incomprehensibly why the seized car, he cannot communicate with anyone, work and use the Internet.

Of course, I said that Buchenkov and the “bully” are different people. Well, in general, he repeated the testimony that he previously gave in the Investigative Committee. What Buchenkova know since 1999: this is a balanced person, not inclined to any aggression. I have never heard from him the proposals to somehow violate the law. That Buchenkov is a person for whom his beliefs are very important, that he always defended them in the framework of public, open social activity.

That I was on Bolotnaya Square on May 6, 2012 - I made a report for the newspaper RBC Daily, in which I then worked - I was next to the anarchist column, and there was no buhenkov in it. He also explained that from May 6, 2012 to December 2015, when he was arrested, Buchenkov participated in a pile of public events, said these events. He was in full view of the police, twice for no reason lingered to the employees of the EE center. And it is obvious that the images of the person whose actions are judged by Buchenkov, law enforcement officers were back in May 2012.

The prosecutor - a very young girl - languidly tried to “shake” my testimony. Unsuccessfully. I tried to bring me with questions that I myself am some kind of extremist. I took the 51st article a couple of times, it was lagging behind. Soon, the judge and the prosecutor lost interest in me. Their questions were so dull, asked without interest, flowing around that they could not even get advantage of them. They obviously do not care, they have already decided everything for themselves.

The trial of Dmitry Buchenkov is coming to an end, and the less noise around the situation with him, the more chance that all the nonsense that is hung on him will come in a long time. So - citizens, human rights activists, journalists - if possible, go to meetings, create resonance and driving.
